This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made from CJTrader 3D Models on cjtrader.ru.

1. Nature of our products

We sell digital jewelry templates for 3D printing, production, and rendering. All products are delivered as downloadable digital files (for example STL, 3DM or similar formats). Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be physically returned.

2. General rule

As a general rule, all sales of digital products are final. However, we understand that technical issues may occur. Therefore, refunds are possible in specific cases described below.

3. When a refund may be granted

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• the downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened in compatible software; or
• the file clearly does not match the description or preview images on the product page; and
• you provide reasonable proof of the issue (for example screenshots, error messages or a short explanation).

4. Our right to attempt to fix the issue

Before issuing a refund, we may:

• offer a replacement file or an updated version of the product;
• provide additional instructions to help you use or open the file;
• re-send the download link if there was a technical problem with delivery.

If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, a refund may be granted.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@cjtrader.ru and include:

• your name and email used for the purchase;
• order ID or transaction reference (if available);
• the product name;
• a description of the problem and any supporting screenshots or error messages.

6. Timeframe

We recommend contacting us about any issue within 14 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after a significantly longer period may be harder to verify and might be declined.

7. Refund method

If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.

8. Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• you changed your mind after purchase but the file is working as described;
• you do not have the required software or hardware to use the file;
• you purchased the product by mistake but already downloaded the files and there is no technical issue;
• you are unable to use the product for reasons unrelated to the file itself.
