These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website cjtrader.ru and the purchase of digital products from CJTrader 3D Models (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

We sell digital jewelry templates for 3D printing, production, and rendering. Our products are provided as downloadable digital files (for example STL, 3DM or similar formats). No physical goods are shipped.

3. Eligibility

By using our website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

4. Ordering and payment

• All prices are displayed on the website in the specified currency.
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paddle or others.
• By placing an order you authorize the payment provider to charge the total amount of your order.

5. Delivery of digital products

• After successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased digital files via a link on the website or by email.
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping your access credentials secure.
• We strongly recommend to back up the downloaded files for your own use.

6. License and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, when you purchase a digital product from us you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own projects (for example, jewelry manufacturing, 3D printing, rendering or design work).

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, share, give away or otherwise make the original digital files publicly available;
• claim authorship of the original 3D model;
• use the products in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All digital files, models, images, text and other content on this website are protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use the files, but all ownership rights remain with CJTrader 3D Models or its licensors.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are only possible under limited circumstances. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

9. Technical requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable software and hardware to open and use our digital files (for example CAD software or 3D printing tools that support STL/3DM formats).

10. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products or website.
